Three cheers for four amazing award nominations for Gallium Ventures! We are so excited to share that our talented team and crowned clients have been recognised by the PRCA Dare Awards, the PRMoment Awards and The Drum Marketing Awards.
Awards season is always a competitive one, and we have absolutely loved looking at all the fantastic award nominees that managed to push through and succeed despite the pandemic standstill. That is why we are so appreciative and proud to be nominated for these prestigious awards!
The Drum Awards, a global awards program which recognises best practice, the best companies and the best people from across the marketing and communications industry have nominated us for New Product or Service Launch Strategy of the Year! We are also thrilled that the PRMoment Awards, which celebrate excellence and reward outstanding campaigns in the UK’s PR and communications industry nominated us for both Innovation in Public Relations and for the Best Campaign during the Coronavirus Crisis! Great things come in threes because we have been nominated for Event/ Launch of the Year at The PRCA Dare Awards, the UK’s leading regional PR awards that aim to reward the very best PR and communications professionals across the UK!
Celebrating great work is incredibly important for all industries and the marketing and PR industry is no exception. Awards not only highlight the hard work and achievements of an agency, they also raise awareness on the wealth of opportunities in the industry and ultimately attract talent! Awards can also fuel innovation by encouraging agencies to have a look at their competitors and see where they can improve. There are so many significant benefits to being an award nominee, and that is why we are beyond excited about our award nominations for our creative campaign with Chipolo, where we released the Chipolo ONE Ocean, a new version of their hit Bluetooth item-finder!
This campaign was a great example of Gallium’s ability to conceptualise, source materials and deliver successful creative campaigns, with this one specifically tackling the issue of climate change. With innovation, sustainability and hard-work at its core, the Chipolo ONE Ocean was born, the first sustainable Bluetooth item-finder, made entirely from recycled plastic salvaged from the ocean.
We not only created a successful new product, we also secured an incredible amount of global coverage in Forbes, Cheddar TV, The Verge, Esquire and loads more!
We love and care for our planet, and that is why we are especially proud of this campaign as it aligns deeply with the core values of Gallium Ventures. Aiming to shine a light on our plastic pollution problem and leading the way for other companies in the consumer tech industry, we are proud to say this campaign positively impacted our environment. Chipolo pledged $1 from each sale towards the non-profit organisation Oceanic Global to support ocean clean-up efforts.
