    PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

    What is Gallium Ventures looking for you ask? We are looking for an amazing person with PR agency experience to step into an AM/SAM role and hit the ground running in an award winning (and brilliant) team. The ideal candidate will lead by example and share in credit with your colleagues instead of wanting all the limelight (don’t worry though, we give praise). With prior agency experience the candidate will be able to assess the needs of their clients/campaigns and will guide accounts, and those teams, towards success.

    With creativity running through the veins, this individual will enjoy mentoring junior staff while showing them the ropes as results matter and doing things cleverly is important. With a keen attention to detail this new member of the team will therefore be creative, trustworthy, organised, and will thrive in a learning environment.

    As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager:

    • Think strategically and have the ability to take a step back and see the bigger picture
    • Manage international accounts successfully by consistently meeting/exceeding the client goals
    • Help guide junior staff through positive managing styles in order to allow them to grow and prosper
    • Have an interest in learning more than just PR, as we work with clients across PR, marketing, social, product development, funding, and more
    • Work directly with the Founder of Gallium Ventures and learn more than you can shake a stick at

    You’ll bring:

    • A minimum of four years experience as an agency SAE/AM or in-house communications manager
    • Experience in consumer technology, B2B (would be great) and/or fintech preferred
    • Experience in managing/mentoring, direct reporting and cross-functional

      Marketing Account Manager

      Do you live and breath marketing? We are looking for a brilliant person with prior marketing agency experience slide into the Gallium Ventures team as an Account Manager. With a full bucket of experience the ideal candidate will be able to assess the needs of campaigns and give guidance to clients as to the best approach and strategy.

      This person will thrive in a creative space, be a marketing authority figure in the team and has a knack mentoring junior staff. Attention to detail is a priority as is working in a fast-paced environment and sticking to deadlines.

      As a Marketing Account Manager:

      • Proactive leadership with a positive attitude
      • Running the day-to-day management of client accounts including their marketing and advertising campaigns at a senior level
      • Experience pitching marketing campaigns along with the strategy to back them up
      • Generating accurate reports and status notifications
      • Working directly with the Founder of Gallium Ventures

      You’ll bring:

      • Significant experience in managing client and professional relationships
      • The ability to craft strategic and well thought through campaigns which have results at their heart
      • Experience in marketing, advertising or design
      • Interest in new business development
      • Fully aware of relevant trends, processes, and techniques which appear over time and will improve accounts

          Gallium Ventures is looking for a new member of the team with a go-get-em attitude to come onboard as a JAE. This role is the ideal opportunity for those with an entrepreneurial eye and a drive to get stuck in across a variety of clients, sectors, and disciplines.
