Last night Gallium Ventures won the highly coveted category of Best Apprenticeship Employer at the PRCA’s PR Internships and Apprenticeships Awards. We were also thrilled that our founder and MD Heather Delaney was on the three-person shortlist for the PRCA’s newest category Mentor of the Year.
At Gallium Ventures, we know apprentices are at the heart of the PR industry’s future. We prioritised our involvement with the PRCA’s apprenticeship programme from launch because we recognise the importance of nurturing talent, and work to ensure that not only do the apprentices taking part in our Apprenticeship Programme have a positive introduction into the world of PR, but are set up to build a long-lasting and successful career in the industry.
Our apprentices explore the PR industry and are also given opportunities to engage with different parts of Gallium Ventures, such as marketing and new business, content marketing, client communications and more, to give them a rounded experience of the business and help them work out what gives them purpose and makes them feel fulfilled.
