Identity Digital is a domain registry and registrar, offering the world’s largest and most relevant domain extension portfolio. It is the company powering the infrastructure behind the world wide web; ensuring that the internet remains accessible and safe, for everyone.

To attract more businesses for its registrar services and new top-level domains such as .studio, .agency and .life, the firm needed to promote the critical role it plays in making the internet safe and functional. That’s where we come in. Working hand in hand with the internal communications team, we built and executed a pipeline of thought leadership that positioned senior executives as educators on subjects as diverse as online branding, cybersecurity, and domain infrastructure. We have designed strategies to highlight major corporate milestones, such as working with the Government of Anguilla when Identity Digital took stewardship of the island’s .ai domain.

The net results of our work have been a regular drumbeat of coverage across a three-year (and counting) timespan, including regular appearances in TechRadar, Digiday, IT Brief, Silicon UK, and beyond. At key moments in time, we secured global coverage in the likes of Associated Press and Fast Company. Crucially, we built the brand’s share of voice from near-zero to regularly achieving 17% Q-on-Q, against some truly massive editorial competition.
